The Pelican offers spacious 1- to 3-bedroom units that offer anywhere from 1,182 to 1,491 square feet of living space. While many units have been updated since the building was constructed in the 1970s, most offer an in-unit washer and dryer and beautiful views of the ocean. Extra storage space is also available.

You'll find no shortage of on-site amenities in The Pelican. Residents can take advantage of elevator access to their unit, 2 swimming pools that are seasonally heated, grills and picnic tables, a shuffleboard court, and a social hall. Down on the beach, you can surf, swim, comb the beach, and just relax in the comfort of your beach chair.

Rental restrictions in The Pelican are a one-week minimum and pets are restricted to owners only. There is an on-site management company and parking is open; however, if you want us to take care of managing your property, we are more than happy to assist you.
